No matter what the event, a cake is the best (and most delicious) way to celebrate coming of age, weddings, anniversaries, or retirement! For over twenty years, Biscotti Café and Pastry Shop has been creating cakes for the Community of Syracuse and surrounding areas! We have a variety of flavors for the cake and frosting and can help create a cake in a variety of sizes for your event needs. Any designs, styles or concepts you have in mind can be used for your cake until we find the perfect look! Our cake inquiry form also allows for you to send pictures for inspiration!

Standard Cake Flavors

Chocolate Mousse

Chocolate cake, chocolate mousse, fudge glaze

Lemon Chiffon

White cake, lemon mousse, raspberry jam, toasted coconut

Strawberry Shortcake

White cake, strawberries, whipped cream, almonds

Rum Cake

White & choc cake soaked with rum, vanilla & choc custard, whipped cream frosting, almonds

Cannoli

Chocolate cake, cannoli filling, chocolate buttercream frosting, cookie crumbs

Chambourd

Chocolate cake, raspberry mousse, raspberry jam, raspberry buttercream, ganache

Tiramisu

White cake soaked with espresso, chocolate ganache, mascarpone mousse, cookie crumbs

Carrot

Carrot cake with Walnuts, Carrots, and Pineapple with a Cream Cheese Frosting.

Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting (10” only)

Biscotti Café & Pastry Shop works with local growers and companies to uses the finest and highest quality ingredients possible. Our cakes are freshly made within 24 hours of your event by a team of professional bakers and designers. We can help bring the cake to your venue to ensure its safety during travel!
